NO. 1: Toxic Showering and Bathing

If you do nothing all year but attend to adding a filter to your shower and bath taps, you will have removed your highest levels of daily toxic exposure.

In other words (unless you’re a smoker), you subject yourself to more harmful toxins with your daily shower or bath than anything else you do throughout your day.
